Description
An aluminium side pole of 2.50 m supports the edge of your stretch tent. The canvas is flexible and adapts to different shapes and sizes, which is exactly why it has to be carried at the right points. A 2.50 m side pole keeps the edge at height, holds the tension even and keeps the tent in shape, also in changing weather.
When do you choose 2.50 m?
This is the lower of the two side poles in our range. A lower side pole makes the canvas run off more steeply, so rainwater drains faster and the tent catches less wind. If you want more headroom along the edge, for a bar or a buffet for example, the 3.00 m side pole is the better choice.
Side pole or centre pole?
A side pole is not the same as a centre pole. Centre poles start at 4.00 m and carry the highest point of the tent. Side poles like this one stand along the outer edge.
