Black 10 mm rope, cut to length by the metre. This is the heaviest size in our range, meant for large stretch tents and situations where the rope really has to take a load.
When do you choose 10 mm?
- Large canvases – on bigger tents the load per guy point rises sharply
- Heavy weather – more material means more reserve in gusts
- Multi-day set-ups – if the tent stays up longer, extra margin is not a luxury
- Maximum grip – the thickest rope that still fits ratchet blocks and pulleys for 8–11 mm

Is 10 mm too heavy for your tent?
For an average stretch tent 8 mm is more than enough and handles more easily. If you are unsure between sizes, 9 mm is always a safe choice.
