Access and placement
The site has to be reachable by our transport. We work to a maximum distance of 10 metres from the actual laying location; beyond that, extra costs apply.
Subsoil and protecting the lawn
The ground needs to be level. A slight slope is no problem, but the flatter it is, the better the result. If the decking stays on grass or soil for a longer period, we advise laying weed control fabric underneath to stop grass growing through.
