Custom ballast block cover: made to fit your own blocks

Do you have your own concrete blocks, in a different size or with recesses in a different place? Then we make a PVC cover that fits your block exactly. Openings for forklift or pallet truck and for the lifting eye go where they are on your block. Want your brand visible at an event or on site? We can print your logo on the cover as an option. It isn't required: just mention it in your request if you want it. Made for rental companies, event agencies, hospitality and site operators who want their ballast to look tidy and recognisable.

Standard cover or custom cover?

Are you using the ballast blocks from our range of 500, 780 or 1050 kg? Then the standard ballast block cover fits, and you can order it straight away in beige, black and white. Choose a custom cover if:

  • your block isn't 80 × 80 cm, or is taller;
  • the forklift or pallet truck recesses are somewhere else, for example in the middle of the block;
  • the lifting eye is in a different position, or there is more than one;
  • you want your logo or company name on the cover.

How to request a custom cover

Every cover is made to fit your block, so we work with a quote. Send us these details via the quote form or the contact page:

  • Block dimensions: length × width × height
  • Number of covers
  • Position and size of the forklift or pallet truck recesses
  • Position of the lifting eye (or eyes)
  • Preferred colour
  • Optional: if you want a logo, send the file and tell us which side(s) and what size
  • A photo or dimensioned drawing of the block
  • When you need the covers

Based on that, you'll receive a quote with price and lead time.
