Order

How do I place an order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, iDEAL, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our secure payment gateway.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight of your order and the destination. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can usually change or cancel it.

What is your return policy?

  1. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return request. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
