Delivery time for orders without tent poles:
Ordered on working days before 10:00 am = shipped the same day (DHL)
Delivery time for orders with tent poles*:
2 - 6 working days (large transport) even when unexpected situations arise.
Because it is difficult to estimate the workload in our warehouse and with the carriers, we can only give an expectation here . We cannot provide guarantees regarding delivery times.

Delivery
The delivery of Flextent products is 'ex works/shop/warehouse'. This means that all costs are for the buyer. As soon as we have your order ready, the customer is responsible for taking the goods at the time of delivery, or when they are made available to you according to the agreement.
