Description
A eucalyptus wood tent pole provides the right tension when setting up a stretch tent. This 3.50 metre side pole is lacquered to preserve the beautiful light brown colour. Despite its light weight the pole is sturdy and can withstand heavy loads, which makes it excellent for reliable support.
For extra height between the corners
The 3.50 metre side pole is our longest and, like the 3.00 metre, is used in the positions in between the corners, but only when you want to lift the sides considerably further. The greater height difference with the lower corner poles gives more fall in the fabric, which helps rainwater drain away and gives the tent a more pronounced, dramatic line. You also gain noticeable space under the sides.
This length is a logical choice for larger set-ups and taller entrance areas. For the corners you would normally use the 2.50 metre side pole, and the 3.00 metre side pole remains the standard size for the positions in between.
