Description
A eucalyptus wood tent pole provides the right tension when setting up a stretch tent. This 3.50 metre side pole is supplied without a pole cap and is lacquered, creating the light brown colour that gives the pole an elegant appearance. Despite its light weight the pole is sturdy and able to carry heavy loads.
For extra height between the corners
The 3.50 metre side pole is our longest and is used in the positions in between the corners, when you want to lift the sides considerably further. The greater height difference with the lower corner poles gives more fall in the fabric, which helps rainwater drain away and gives the tent a more pronounced line. For the corners you would normally use the 2.50 metre side pole, and the 3.00 metre remains the standard size for the positions in between.
Without a cap, who is this for?
This version is intended for anyone who only needs the pole: as a replacement for a damaged pole where you reuse your existing pole cap, as a spare pole in your equipment stock, or when you prefer to put the caps together separately in a different colour. Do you need a cap after all? Then choose the 3.50 metre side pole including pole cap.
